Quick n easy Flatbread
Out of bread or pita or rolls and need something to house some of those leftovers? This is so easy and lovely to have fresh warm and soft bread without all the waiting!
We had leftover roast lamb and no bread so this worked out so well with some salad and a minty yoghurt dressing.
1 cup self raising flour
1 cup plain greek yoghurt
Salt and oil
Mix flour yoghurt and salt in a bowl and kneed for a few minutes till smooth and combined - if too sticky add a
tiny bit more flour.
Place dough on an oiled non stick surface/board and cut into 4-6 pieces - depending what size you want your bread.
Pat out till desired shape and about 3 mm thick and fry on medium till golden and flip and fry other side.
Serve warm and plain or with butter/garlic butter.
